Many production enterprises require their employees to wear antistatic clothing or clean suits for working. Then workers follow instructions blindly and wear whatever required. However, actually, they don't know why they must wear antistatic clothing rather than ordinary clothes. The difference between antistatic clothing and ordinary clothes is fabric, which is described as follows: the antistatic clothing is made of antistatic ultra-clean fabrics, which is the main difference with the ordinary fabrics.
Clean fabrics should have the following three features:
1. Have antistatic function: The primary feature of antistatic ultra-clean fabric is that it is antistatic, which is lasting and efficient and will not decrease significantly for daily washing and friction.
2. The fabric itself does not generate dust: As the clothes are wore in clean room, the fabric cannot be source of dust generation in the clean room, which demands the ultra-clean fabric must be produced by long chemical synthetic fibers.
3. The Fabric should have good dust filtration: The dust in clean room mainly comes from the flowing air and moving people indoor.
When the equipment conditions are determined, improving cleanliness requires to maximally controlling the tiny dusts produced by human body inside the clothes, preventing them from going to the air through the fabric. This is the so-called high dust filtration rate of fabric.
Only antistatic fabrics with above three features can be excellent, and the antistatic clothing produced can have lasting and efficient antistatic and dust-proof functions.
