1.Warranty period. All products sold by the Company enjoys one year of warranty period. We promise to provide free replacement or repair for product within one year from the selling date for quality problems caused by its parts, materials and processes.
2. Service after the warranty period. After the warranty period, we promise to continue to repair the damaged product without charging labor fee to protect the interests of customers.
3.We provide free maintenance, test and other services for ion blowers and similar equipment once quarterly. If any quality problem is found on individual equipment during the maintenance process, we will provide new product to replace the failed one to ensure normal operation of customer's entire equipment, and deliver the failed one to customer after repairing. If the failed equipment cannot be repaired, we will replace a new one for free.
4.Once there is a technical fault, we will solve the problem over the phone at first time. If the problem remains, we will send technical personnel to the customer's site less than 300 km away from the service point within 12 hours, and 24 hours for over 300 km by taking the fattest method, and we will provide new equipment to replace the failed one within 48 hours.
